In this session, participants will explore how to leverage and integrate systems to create a continuous improvement culture. Learn how one district transformed from people-driven to a process-driven continuous improvement approach. The district operationalized continuous improvement through modeling learning and building capacity that empowers staff and administrators while aligning to building and district goals. Participants will leave with tools to reflect on their current systems and processes, and ideas on how to align and integrate systems within their organization, as well as grow a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
