In this session, participants will explore how to leverage and integrate systems to create a continuous improvement culture. Learn how one district transformed from people-driven to a process-driven continuous improvement approach. The district operationalized continuous improvement through modeling learning and building capacity that empowers staff and administrators while aligning to building and district goals.
